ManageEngine to Bring AI-Powered Security Agents to GISEC 2026

ManageEngine, the IT management division of Zoho, will headline its presence at GISEC Global 2026 with a push into AI-driven cybersecurity automation, a bet that's already paying off, with the company reporting 20% year-on-year growth in both revenue and customer numbers across the MENA region.

ManageEngine will showcase its portfolio at booth H7, B155 during GISEC Global 2026, running September 16-18 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City. The show will center on three pillars: unified security platforms, endpoint security, and identity and access management (IAM), layered with the company's expanding AI capabilities.

Zia Agents Take Center Stage

The centerpiece of ManageEngine's showcase is Zia Agents, the company's proprietary line of AI-powered autonomous agents built to operate across its digital enterprise management suite. Rather than functioning as a standalone tool, Zia Agents are designed to orchestrate and execute tasks end to end within what the company describes as a secure, privacy-compliant framework.

On the security side specifically, Zia Agents are built to automate:

Access reviews
Alert correlation
Security investigations
EDR (endpoint detection and response) triage
Device diagnostics

The goal, according to the company, is to strip manual effort out of routine security operations so human teams can focus on higher-stakes decisions rather than repetitive triage work.

A New Layer for Identity Security

Identity protection is getting a dedicated upgrade too. ManageEngine will debut Identity Access, the newest addition to Identity360, its cloud-based IAM platform. Identity Access is built to deliver unified, directory-independent access management across an organization's full estate, workforce, applications, endpoints, and infrastructure, including environments that are traditionally hard to secure consistently, such as hybrid, multi-OS, and unmanaged or non-domain-joined systems.

Sujoy Banerjee, regional business director at ManageEngine, framed the push around a core regional challenge: organizations across the Middle East are juggling cloud and on-premises infrastructure, remote users, and a shortage of skilled security staff, all while trying to keep pace with AI adoption. His view is that AI should be additive to security and governance, automating repetitive tasks and speeding up detection, without organizations losing visibility into where their data lives and who can access it.

The Broader Message

Beyond Zia Agents and Identity Access, ManageEngine's presence at GISEC will also spotlight endpoint security, ransomware protection, and cloud/hybrid IT visibility, reinforcing a consistent theme in the company's positioning: organizations need full visibility across their IT environment before they can secure it effectively, and AI should be the mechanism that makes that visibility manageable at scale rather than another layer of complexity.

With 20% YoY growth already on the board across the region, ManageEngine's GISEC showcase reads less like a product launch and more like a bid to consolidate its position as MENA organizations accelerate both AI adoption and security spend in parallel.
