ManageEngine Pairs AI Agents With Identity Access Ahead of GISEC 2026

MENA's cybersecurity spending is accelerating in step with its AI adoption, and ManageEngine's GISEC Global 2026 showcase is a useful marker of where vendors think that convergence is heading. The company enters the show off 20% year-on-year growth in both revenue and customer numbers across the region, growth it's betting on extending by leaning further into AI-driven security automation rather than adding another point product to an already crowded stack.

The core problem ManageEngine is positioning against is one Sujoy Banerjee, the company's regional business director, frames as structural rather than technical: organizations across the Middle East are managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure, remote users, and a shortage of skilled security staff, all while AI adoption accelerates independently of whether security teams are ready for it. His stated view is that AI should be additive to security and governance, automating repetitive work and speeding detection, without organizations losing visibility into where data lives and who can access it, a framing that lines up with agentic AI governance being named one of the eight priorities reshaping GCC enterprise security this year.

Zia Agents, ManageEngine's line of AI-powered autonomous agents, is the company's answer to that framing. Built to operate across its digital enterprise management suite, the agents are designed to orchestrate and execute tasks end to end within what ManageEngine describes as a secure, privacy-compliant framework, rather than functioning as a bolt-on tool. On the security side, that means automating access reviews, alert correlation, security investigations, EDR (endpoint detection and response) triage, and device diagnostics, stripping manual effort out of routine operations so human analysts can focus on the decisions that actually require judgment.

Identity is the other half of ManageEngine's pitch, and the timing is deliberate. The company will debut Identity Access, the newest addition to its Identity360 platform, built to deliver unified, directory-independent access management across an organization's full estate, workforce, applications, endpoints, and infrastructure, extending into the environments hardest to secure consistently: hybrid, multi-OS, and unmanaged or non-domain-joined systems. Pairing an identity product with an EDR-automating agent in the same showcase reflects a bet that these two categories, endpoint detection and identity governance, are converging into a single control problem rather than remaining separate disciplines.

ManageEngine will make its case at booth H7, B155 during GISEC Global 2026, running September 16-18 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, alongside a broader spotlight on endpoint security, ransomware protection, and cloud and hybrid IT visibility. The company's consistent message across all of it is that organizations need full visibility across their IT environment before they can secure it effectively, and that AI's job is to make that visibility manageable at scale rather than adding another layer of complexity on top of it. With 20% regional growth already banked, the showcase reads less like a product launch than an attempt to consolidate a position ManageEngine has already been building, as MENA organizations scale AI adoption and security spend at the same time.
